The innovative group of cybersecurity in the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects arranged a panel discussion around cybersecurity and hacking on Thursday the 5th of January/2021. A total of 40 students from the faculty of Computer and Information Technology interested in this subject participated in the event, including former students who are now active in the field. The engineers Hani Alkhaswaneh, Mohammad Qwoasmeh, and Nawras Alkahlidy shared their experience in modern technologies, the job market, and the growing demand for experts in cybersecurity and ethical hacking.
Dr. Muhannad Al-Jarrah, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, encouraged the students to further explore this domain and keep developing their skills. He also emphasized that the center is always willing to support such activities, especially the ideas that can be transformed into successful projects or startups.
A note worth mentioning is that the center has introduced the idea of innovative groups in a variety of fields and in collaboration with different university faculties with the aim of supporting and developing the students.
