The Queen Rania National Leadership Award is a national competition aimed at developing entrepreneurial spirit among Jordanian university students, as well as aspiring entrepreneurs from the public to transform their creative ideas into successful business plans for products and services of high economic value. The vision of the Award stems from its interest in motivating the concept of global leadership, supporting creativity, and embracing successful ideas to facilitate the building of startups that radically change the community's perception of creativity and creators. It also provides an opportunity for contestants to develop communication and participation skills through building harmonious teams.

In this year 2018, the Queen Rania National Leadership Award will focus on the technology hub as the business plans presented should target specific challenges in Jordanian society and provide appropriate technology solutions to these challenges.
