Get Acceptance Letter from Host
Finalize your teaching plan with your host at host EU institution.
Secure the signatures of the relevant parties on Mobility Agreement for Teaching/ Training.
Book your ticket and hotel, you are advised to consider Royal Jordanians as your travel agent so we can refund you any extra payment.
Sing Grant Agreement: host EU institution shall inform the participants about the fund they will receive and should sign the financial agreement (Grant Agreement) before mobility.
