After final selection and mobility approval, an email will be sent to the exchange student from host university which includes details about application process, required documents, orientation week, link to course catalogue, accommodation option etc.   

Some universities might require additional documents and information.

​Apply for vi​sa

Once you receive an official acceptance letter, exchange students are advised to book your appointment online directly through Embassy website and apply for visa 2 months prior to your intended date of travel. Details about visa application you will find here.

​Find accommodation​​ If the EU institution does not offer accommodation for exchange students, then you are strongly advised to look for accommodation options. Exchange coordinator at host EU institution will suggest you students dorm option.
