المشاركة في حفل اطلاق برنامج سفراء هواوي

The Jordan University of Science and Technology participated in the launch of the Huawei Ambassadors Program for Universities, which was organized by Huawei Jordan on Tuesday 15/04/2025 under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The program aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary for career development in the field of information technology to meet the demands and needs of the Jordanian job market, by providing free training programs and international certificates for Jordanian university students.   

The ceremony honored Huawei's ambassadors in Jordanian universities, where the University of Science and Technology of Jordan was represented by a group of outstanding students from the College of Computer and Information Technology, who were selected as Huawei's ambassadors for this year: Jana Obeidat, Mohammed Fadl, Obada Sadaqa, Manar Al Damen and Mohammed Hussein.

The ceremony was attended by the CEO of Huawei in the Levant, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a number of university presidents, deans of IT colleges, faculty members, and a number of students and those interested in the technology sector.

The Dean of the College of Computer and Information Technology, Prof. Mounir Bani Yassin, pointed out the importance of this program, which reflects a clear vision to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs in the fields of advanced technology, stressing that the participation of students in such activities is a significant step in qualifying them for the job market and opening new horizons for them to achieve professional success and innovation in the digital world.​​
