Leadership at all levels requires an understanding and one's own personal values. This course examines these underlying values and guides a leader in developing an organizational vision that reflects their values at both the individual and organizational level. It also recognizes that leaders develop through a series of challenges and breakthroughs that test their ability to manage themselves, personnel interaction and managerial responsibilities. This course emphasizes leader skills useful in both the short term and long term course of the individual's development.
