This course aims at introducing and understanding the concepts and principles of management in managerial jobs from organizing, planning, leadership and supervision. Course Goals: 1) Defining management and outlining the special characteristics for work in management. 2) Getting to know the stages of historical development of management thinking. 3) Understanding the classic behavioral and savings amount schools of thought. 4) Recognizing management jobs of planning, organizing, directing and supervision.
