​اختتمت اليوم في كلية الطب اعمال ورشة التعليم الطبي للمدربين​ السريريين بعنوان: 

(Training of Trainers - TOT)

والتي نظمها مكتب التعليم الطبي المستمر في كلية الطب على مدى يومين بمشاركة فاعلة من اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الطب. 

تهدف الورشة الى رفع كفاءة التعليم الطبي للمرحلة السريرية والتي تشمل عدة جوانب مثل السيرة المرضية, تطوير مهارات التواصل, واساليب التقييم وعمل التغذية الراجعة.

حيث اشتملت الورشة على العديد من الجلسات النقاشية والتطبيقية و بمشاركة واسعة من الخدمات الطبية الملكية, وزارة الصحة والقطاع الخاص.

تاتي هذه الورشة صمن الجهود المستمرة لكلية الطب وادارة الجامعة لتاهيل وتطوير الكوادر التدريسية في التعليم الطبي وبدعم من الاتحاد الاوروبي ضمن مشروع ايراسموس بلس.

The Training of Trainers (TOT) Medical Education Workshop concluded today at the Faculty of Medicine. The workshop was organized by the Office of Continuing Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine and was held over two days, with active participation from faculty members of the medical school.

The workshop aimed to enhance the quality of medical education at the clinical stage, covering several key aspects including history taking, development of communication skills, assessment methods, and providing effective feedback.

The program included numerous discussion-based and hands-on sessions, with wide participation from the Royal Medical Services, the Ministry of Health, and the private sector.

This workshop comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the Faculty of Medicine and the university administration to qualify and develop teaching staff in medical education, with support from the European Union through the Erasmus+ project.
