This course is designed to enable the student to implement a simple research activity. It revises the research methods and statistics science. The student is assigned a scientific topic related to the occupational therapy field or he/she can choose the topic in case that proper supervision is available. The research might need visits to several hospitals, universities or other institutions. The student is required to prepare a Research Project on a topic which is applicable both to occupational therapy as well as to patient amelioration. A therapeutic skill, activity, technique, or intervention is selected, applied, and analyzed in the clinical situation.
