The course includes:
1- Technical prefomance of blood bank procedures required for transfusion of blood and blood components and for handling and storage of blood and blood components.
2- Cellular coagulation factors, coagulation mechanisms and blood group antigens antigen – antibody reactions and compatibility testing between donor and recipient blood and between maternal and fetal blood and identification of factors responsible for incompatibilities.
