This course explores DNA and RNA structures; amplifying DNA; nucleic acid hybridization; genetic testing; Mendelian inheritance and non-Mendenlian inheritance; point and chromosomal mutations and abnormalities; linkage analysis; cell cycle and diagnostic cytogenetic techniques.
