DAIRY PROCESSING PLANT

Lab Description

 Department of Nutrition and Food Technology has a dairy processing pilot plant facilities which are available for training undergraduate students and conducting dairy product processing studies. The plant is staffed with experienced technicians and equipped with modern equipment for pasteurization, cheese, ice cream, butter, fermented products making and packaging. Pilot scale facilities allow the processing and manufacture of a wide variety of dairy products.
