All faculties are in the quality assurance team. Team members are stakeholders in the success of the enterprise and must be involved in the decision related to quality assurance. "Empowerment", with its freedoms, responsibilities and boundaries, describe the intended work culture. Empowerment requires competence, sharing of information and ongoing learning.
Quality assurance office is a learning organization. We recognize that improvement of ourselves, our work processes and our methods is essential to our success. We must be creative. We must challenge our own thinking. We must seek to learn from our mistakes.
