  Three divisions per week, with (18) training hours for each division

Division 1: (Sunday, Tuesday) from (11:30) to (01:00)

Division Two: (Monday, Wednesday from (10:30) to (12:00)

Division Three: (Tuesday, Thursday, from (1:00) to (02:30)
