Organizing and monitoring preventive maintenance operations (twice a year), which are reflected in the performance of vehicles and fuel consumption.
Organizing the process of transferring the practical training courses` students to various training centers outside the university, at a rate of 1,600 students per day
Controlling vehicle usage and fuel consumption rates through the application of electronic movement requests and activating vehicle monitoring through the use of the government vehicle tracking system (GPS).
Reducing the value of vehicle insurance to reduce the annual premium values
Modernization of the transport fleet and the exclusion of old and dilapidated vehicles, as well as vehicles with large engines.
Applying the evening and night transportation programs, and meeting the emergency or pre-programmed needs for JUST students, faculty members, guests, and employees.
Providing maintenance and repair services for KAUH vehicles.
Getting external revenues for the university through some funded programs.
Providing technical training experiences for engineering students, and industrial schools vocational training centers` students.
