The HR ​Unit executes the relevant procedures to provide efficient administrative services to the academic staff and employee by offering high-quality services, processes, data base and information.​ We consistently aim to simplify the work procedures to render effective services by implementing  the University by-laws and regulations.

We perform our duties through-out three departments:

Department of Faculty Affairs, which consists of three Division​s:

1. ​      Academic Faculty Affairs Division
2.       Lecturer Affairs Division
3.       Scholars Affairs Division

Department of Employee and Staff Affairs, which consists of three Division​s:​

1.       Employee Affairs Division
2.       Staff Affairs Division
3.       Holding capacity building workshops for the administrative staff in cooperation with university centers
   
4. ​      Training and Institutional Development Division
   

​Department of Employee Services​, which consists of three Division​s:​

1.       Insurance and Social Security Division
2.       Follow-up and Information Systems Division​
   
3.       Files and Archiving Division​
