The HR Unit executes the relevant procedures to provide efficient administrative services to the academic staff and employee by offering high-quality services, processes, data base and information. We consistently aim to simplify the work procedures to render effective services by implementing the University by-laws and regulations.
We perform our duties through-out three departments:
Department of Faculty Affairs, which consists of three Divisions:
- Academic Faculty Affairs Division
- Lecturer Affairs Division
- Scholars Affairs Division
Department of Employee and Staff Affairs, which consists of three Divisions:
- Employee Affairs Division
- Staff Affairs Division
- Holding capacity building workshops for the administrative staff in cooperation with university centers
- Training and Institutional Development Division
Department of Employee Services, which consists of three Divisions:
- Insurance and Social Security Division
- Follow-up and Information Systems Division
- Files and Archiving Division
