First: - Electronic Services Division

1- Follow-up and management of the sub-systems of the financial system (budget, accounts, salaries, parallel, savings, end of service, other income, rewards, restaurants, fund, health insurance, student loans, envoys).

2- Design and programming of database systems and financial systems. 

3- Preparing input programs, reports, viewing, updating, and extraction. 

4- Examine the software systems and ensure the correctness of the outputs. 

5- Amending old software systems, re-analyzing and documenting them.

6- Preparing the necessary studies and proposing work procedures to automate the manual systems and improve the performance of the current systems.

7- Documentation of different software systems.

8- Ensure that the conditions of public safety, security, and confidentiality of information are met, and follow-up.

9- Participate in the study of the integration of internal systems with external systems in departments that have a direct relationship with the department.

10- Granting/withdrawing powers for the services and reports of the system for the finance employees.

Second: Division of Studies and Financial Management 

1- Documenting all operations that take place in the unit and the necessary procedures for their implementation and follow-up periodically.

2- Setting performance indicators, measuring them periodically, documenting them, and working to improve them.

3- Determining the risks facing the unit and making a risk register so that they are monitored periodically and work to reduce those risks.

4- Follow up on the university's strategic plan,

5- follow up on the ISO file.

6- Bank settlement of university accounts (Cairo Amman Current and Term Dinars, Dollars and Euros / Central Bank)
