The unit mainly aims to carry out the following tasks and objectives through the experienced technical man power working in it, and in coordination and cooperation with other relevant entities at the university: 

1. Providing supplies to the university, inspecting, delivering, registering, coding, storing and coordinating them in their warehouses, insurance, maintenance, inventory, supervision, distribution and control of commodity stocks and their validity.
