Fill in Learning Agreement for Studies, EU format.
In this agreement, students should fill courses they intend to study during exchange semester and its equivalent courses at Jordan University of Science and Technology. If partner institution did not send you a link to course catalogue, please check their website and contact them if necessary.

Allowed credits for registration:
B.Sc. students are allowed to register minimum of 9 C.H. (18 ECTS) maximum of 18 C.H. (30 ECTS) for the 5 months mobility duration, while students who are going for 3 Months are allowed to register maximum of 10 C.H (20 ECTS).
Graduate students are allowed to register only 6 C.H (12 or 20 ECTS).
ECTS Equation:
According to JUST regulations, one ECTS weight rangers from 0.5 to 0.75 C.H. at JUST.
Which means; one course at host university should be at least 4 ECTS in order to be equivalent to 3 C.H course at JUST.
Grant Agreement
Exchange students accepted under the Erasmus+ ICM program should sign the grant agreement before their travel. The grant agreement is a contract between the EU institution and the exchange student in which you agree on the financial support you will receive from the EU institution.
Make sure your bank details are 100% correct.
How much will the student receive?
Exchange students accepted under the Erasmus+ ICM program will receive monthly allowance (800-850 Euro) and travel allowance (see table below). Exchange students will receive 70% of total amount during mobility and 30% after mobility.
Travel costs are calculated according to limits set by the European commission and distance from respective partner country for each grantee individually.

Payment method is not the same in the EU institutions, could be one of the followings:
Money transaction to bank account in Jordan:
In this case, the student should open a bank account in Jordan, and should carry student's name (The money will not be transferred if the bank account is not registered in guarantee's name).

Short-term visa (less than 90 days)
A short-term visa is easy to be obtain within 14 days. You can apply through visa center.
Long-term visa (more than 90 days)
If your mobility duration is 5 months long, you should apply for visa directly to EU related Embassy (and not agencies). Some EU countries do not have embassy in Jordan, in this case, the student have to apply through the nearest embassy in neighboring countries (Turkey or Egypt).
