The International Relations Office at JUST University held a Pre-departure Orientation Session for JUST outgoing students which included important information about the exchange program and mobility procedures sutdents should be aware of during their mobility.
36 students from all levels, graduate and undergraduates, have been awareded the Erasmus+ ICM grant this Fall semester to different European countries like, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Hungaria, Turkey, Slovenia..etc
Shawd Nuseir and Bader Alkilany, ISN President and Vice-President, joined took part in this session to share their Erasmus experience with their peers before they travel abroad, as they have provided them with important tips on how to adopt with the new culture, appreciate new culture and values, aquire self-management skills, gain life-long friends, enhance independent thinking and decision making skills, how to deal with homesickness, how well to represent one's country in international events as to attract more students to come to JUST. Students also focused on teaching methodology adopted by EU higher educational institutions which is research based methodology.
Studying on exchange is an enriching and often life-transforming experience where learning extends beyond the classroom walls!
