Jordan University of Science and Technology holds a free medical day at the Gaza Camp Community Services Center
Jordan University of Science and Technology held a free medical day at the Gaza Camp Community Services Center - Jerash, implemented by the university's medical colleges in cooperation with the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations, on the occasion of the Kingdom's Silver Jubilee celebrations.
The medical day, which benefited more than 500 patients from the region, included a group of family medicine clinics, internal medicine, ophthalmology, pediatrics, dermatology and optics, in addition to providing free samples of medications, checking blood sugar levels, checking blood pressure and conducting various tests in the fields of hearing and speech.
A group of faculty members, laboratory supervisors, master's and bachelor's students from the faculties of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing and applied medical sciences participated in the medical day, in addition to a group of resident doctors from King Abdullah University Hospital.
The Gaza Camp Center administration extended its thanks and gratitude to Jordan University of Science and Technology for the efforts they made to make this activity a success and serve the local community, and the people of the region appreciated this charitable effort that the university is making towards the community.
