The President of Jordan University of Science and Technology, Prof. Khalid El-Salem, during his meeting with the President of Beirut Arab University, Prof. Wael Abdel Salam, and the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Omar Houri, discussed ways of cooperation and partnership in the research and academic fields between the two universities.

El-Salem stressed the university's keenness to build bridges of cooperation with Arab universities and educational institutions, and to exchange experiences and knowledge among them, for the benefit of both sides in academic and research fields of common interest.
