Five Professors of JUST won Generous Grants from Scientific Research Support Fund
Jordan University of Science and Technology has received five award grants from the Scientific Research Support Fund (SRSF) which was the highest financial support among the Jordanian universities. They were granted to the faculties of Pharmacy, Science and Arts, Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture. The total of the five grant proposals was 327,493 JD.
The five distinguished researches who won these grants are Dr. Maha Al-Kilani from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Laith Al-Eitan and Dr. Muna Abudalo from the Faculty of Science and Arts, Dr. Nabil Hailat from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and Dr. Taha Rababah from the Faculty of Agriculture.
The President of JUST, Dr. Saeb Khreisat said that the university pays special attention to scientific research, and considers it one of its most important functions, as it is the main reason for raising its scientific level. This contributes to the community service, improves the economic and the standards of living for the people of Jordan.
Dr. Khreisat said that the Deanship of Scientific Research at the university has set policies and strategies related to scientific research, to develop the scientific research process in the university to be one of the best universities at the local, regional and global levels.
