The Faculty of Pharmacy Held a Free medical day At Ballas/Ajloun

The Faculty of Pharmacy, represented by the campaign "PharmD Towards Optimal Pharmaceutical Care" conducted in cooperation with the Ballas Charity Association, and Ballas Secondary School for Girls, held a free medical day that included a number of medical specialties.

The head of Health Directorate of Ajloun, Dr. Tayseer Ennab, praised this initiative from Jordan University of Science and Technology and the Ballas Charity Association, stressing that these free medical days contributes to providing care for patients and raises health quality of local people in addition to exchanging experiences and serving the local community.

Dr. Ahmad Ennab also stressed that the free medical day services reflected on a large segment of the local society, pointing out the great cooperation of the medical staff involved with the local community in providing health services.

The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Jordan University of Science and Technology, Prof. Karem Alzoubi, indicated that such medical days are a reflection of the mission of the university to provide advice, awareness campaigns and assistance to local community as part of its social responsibility.

This medical day included the specialties of Family Medicine, Dermatology, internal medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy. It served areas of Ballas, and Alsafina of Ajloun governance.
