Jordan University of Science and Technology celebrates World Midwifery Day

The President of Jordan University of Science and Technology, Prof. Khalid El-Salem, sponsored the opening of the activities of the Open Midwifery Day, which was organized by the Faculty of Nursing at the university on the occasion of the International Day of the Midwife.

In his opening speech, Prof. Khalid El-Salem congratulated midwives on the International Day of the Midwife, pointing out that the midwife’s message is sublime and humane, and that this day is a clear confirmation of the role and importance of midwives in community service, which provides care to the mother before, during and after pregnancy and childbirth.
