The aim is to enhance industrial collaboration in the development of businesses for startups and connect them to a wide range of investment opportunities.  The memorandum was signed by the University's President, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Salem, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Al-Manasir Group, Engineer Ziad Al-Manasir. This was followed by a visit that included the Center of Excellence for Creative Projects, the Faculty of Agriculture, and the Nanotechnology Institute.​
