The Department of Civil Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with Bitar Consultants, Architects, Engineers & Project Managers company, held a symposium entitled "Professional Illuminations on Engineering Ethics", aimed at highlighting the professional ethics in the practice of engineering work, increasing cooperation and networking with the local industrial sector.

During the seminar attended by Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Hanan Al-Nimry and a number of faculty members and students of the Faculty of Engineering, the chairman of the Department of Civil Engineering, Prof. Ayman Ababneh, noted the importance of these activities that prepare students to deal with professional issues and immunize them from incorrect practices during the practice of their profession. It also motivates them to develop their own abilities, and act in accordance with good morals.

At the end of the symposium, an extensive discussion took place through which students' questions and queries were answered.
