The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology at Jordan University of Science and Technology, represented by a number of faculty members, participated in the introductory symposium on modern disciplines in computer and information technology, which was organized by Irbid Model Schools.

During the symposium, the specialties of data science, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering and security of computer networks were introduced, and fields of work in these disciplines were reviewed, the requirements of the labor market and the growing demand for experts in these fields​
