The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology at Jordan University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the IEEE RAS JUST Student Chapter, organized a training course for the participants of the JRC Robotics/Line Tracking Competition. The course aims to develop and train students on how to build and design small robots and and to improve their ability to successfully achieve specific goals in certain fields.

The course included a set of exercises that included learning about the structure and types of the Arduino board, terminology and basic components, how to use the Arduino IDE, dealing with infrared and ultrasonic sensors, controlling motors using motor drivers, and building the first robot of the line.
