The Mexican ambassador visits the Jordan University of Science and Technology
The Mexican ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Roberto Rodriguez Hernandez, confirmed the depth of the Jordanian-Mexican relations, framed by a set of agreements that enhance aspects of cooperation.
Ambassador Hernandez added during his visit to the Jordan University of Science and Technology and his meeting with the President of the University, Prof. Saeb Khreisat, that Mexico is keen to consolidate the Jordanian-Mexican relations at the educational and academic level.
He emphasized the interest of Mexican universities in cooperation with Jordanian universities, especially the Jordanian University of Science and Technology with its Mexican counterpart, the National Polytechnic University, as the two universities include many academic medical and engineering programs in order to exchange students and professors.
For his part, Professor Khreisat reviewed the origins, goals and mission of the university, the available specializations, and the ambitious projects and plans that the university seeks to achieve in order to reach the distinguished service provided to students, especially the expatriate ones, referring to the advanced ranks achieved by the university in various international academic classifications, in addition to discussing ways of cooperation in the field of conducting joint studies and research.
Dr. Khreisat expressed the university's welcome to open horizons and areas of academic cooperation between the university and Mexican research and academic institutions.
