تعلن جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية عن طرح العطاء التالي:

- على الراغبين بالمشاركة من الشركات المتخصصة إرسال الوثائق المطلوبة على البريد الإلكتروني (tenders@just.edu.jo). علماً بأن الوثائق المطلوبة هي رخصة مهن وشهادة تسجيل ساريتي المفعول والرقم الضريبي للشركة.
- يتم تزويدكم برقم الحساب البنكي الخاص بالجامعة ليتم دفع ثمن نسخة العطاء على (eFAWATEERcom).
- إرسال صورة عن سند الإيداع على البريد الإلكتروني أعلاه ليتم إرسال نسخة من الشروط والمواصفات.
تقديم كفالة بنكية أو شك بنكي مصدق أو تأمين نقدي لصالح جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية بمبلغ وقدره (850) ديناروذلك تأمينا للدخول في العطاء المذكور وتوضع في مغلف منفصل .
- تقدم العروض في مغلف مغلق ومختوم يكتب عليه اسم المشترك وعنوانـــــه ( لغايات التبليغ ) ورقم العطاء ويودع في صندوق العطاءات في الجامعة حتى الساعة الثانية من بعد ظهر يوم الأربعاء المشار إليه أعلاه، علماً بأنه سيتـم المباشرة بفتح العروض الساعة الثانية عشرة من يوم الخميس الموافق 4/6/2026.
- أن تكون صلاحية الاسعار المقدمة من المشاركين لا تقل عن ثلاثة شهور من تاريخ فتح العروض.
- الألتزام بالنماذج الموجودة على موقع الجامعة بالخصوص.
- لن ينظر في أي عرض غير مستوف لهذه الشروط والشروط العامة والخاصة لدعوة العطــاء.
- تقدم العروض على ثلاثة نسخ (اصل وصورتين ) وتوضع كل نسخة في مغلف منفصل.
- يلتزم المتعهد بإصدار الفواتير إلكترونيا من خلال نظام الفوترة الوطني الإلكتروني).

Jordan University of Science and Technology announces the following tender:
Interested specialized companies wishing to participate are requested to submit the required documents via email to (tenders@just.edu.jo). The required documents include a valid professional license, a valid registration certificate, and the company's tax number.
You will be provided with the university's bank account details in order to pay the tender document fee via (eFAWATEERcom).
A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to the above email address in order to receive the tender documents, including the terms and specifications.
A bank guarantee, certified bank cheque, or cash deposit in favor of Jordan University of Science and Technology in the amount of (850) Jordanian Dinars must be submitted as a bid bond. This must be placed in a separate envelope.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope clearly indicating the bidder's name, address (for notification purposes), and the tender number. The envelope should be deposited in the tender box at the university no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday as indicated above. Opening of bids will commence at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 4/06/2026.
The validity of the submitted prices must be no less than three months from the date of bid opening.
Bidders must adhere to the forms available on the university's website.
Any bid that does not comply with these conditions, as well as the general and special conditions of the tender, will not be considered.
Bids must be submitted in three copies (one original and two copies), each placed in a separate envelope.
The contractor is required to issue invoices electronically through the National e-Invoicing System.
