Overview​
Tube Furnace is Multi processes integrated control system that is equipped with a ceramic standard working tube of two fiber plugs. The max temperature the furnace reaches is 1200 °C or 1300 °C.

The system features:

• Utilizes the VCD software package for documentation, monitoring, and control.
  

• Records the process data with s USB-flash drive.
  

• equipped with a gas supply system for vacuum operations and protective gases.
  

• Has an outer tube diameter of about 50mm to 70mm, and the heated length ranges from 250mm to 1000mm.
  

• A single-zoned system.
