About the Instrument

The A&D SV-10 is a highly accurate, sine-wave vibro viscometer designed for fast, continuous real-time viscosity measurement. Utilizing a tuning-fork vibration method, it measures the electric current required to resonate two gold-plated sensor plates in a fluid, providing stability within 15 seconds without altering the sample's structure.

• Temperature Measurement Range: 0 - 160°C (or 32 - 320°F)
• Minimum Sample Amount: 35 mL (standard cup); can be reduced to 10 mL using an optional small sample cup
• Operating Environment: Temperature range of 10 - 40°C (50 - 104°F) with no condensation
• Display Output: Easy-to-read VFD screen showing both viscosity and temperature
