A Swiss delegation from EPFL University visited the Nanotechnology Institute as a part of their tours in the university. The delegation listened to a brief presentation given by Prof. Borhan Aldeen Albiss, Dean of the Institute, about the institute with its laboratories, ​modern equipment, and research in the field of nanotechnology and which serves them with research related on the Red Sea carried out by Transnational Red Sea Center with the aim of protecting the marine environment.

At the end of the tour, a delegation thanked for the warm welcome and shared their confidence in continuing the fruitful cooperation of the institute with EPFL university that are interested in this field in the future.​​​​​​​
