​On January 1, 2024, the computer engineering department and IEEE Computer Society supervised by Dr. Husam Qublan organized a workshop on cybersecurity called Duck 'n' Code: Attiny85 as a Rubber Ducky. The workshop covers the second strategic pillar which includes students, curriculum plans, and e-learning.

Such workshops also aim to serve the community in the field of developing continuing education programs.​​
