November 24 /// Jordan University of Science and Technology participated in the Information and Communication Technology Forum for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA ICT), which was held at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center, Dead Sea, between the sixteenth and seventeenth of this month, under royal patronage. Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh opened the forum on behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah II, in the presence of 2,000 participants, including officials, experts, and specialists in the public and private sectors, representing 40 countries.
The forum was attended by the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Mounir Mosada, the Deputy Dean, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ayyad, and the Head of the Computer Science Department, Dr. Malak Abdullah, along with 10 students from various disciplines of the College of Computer and Information Technology.
The forum activities included more than 140 speakers on the latest developments in information technology fields such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and many other recent topics in information and communication technology.
