Students from the college of Computer and Information Technology at JUST university won the third and sixth places in the Arab Championship for Cyber Security War-games 2021 held in Cairo as part of the Arab Security Conference. JUST teams include students from network engineering and security, namely; Belal Garaneh, Abdelaziz Irshedat, Hesham Abubaker, and Muhammad Falayleh. Huge numbers of teams participated in the Championship from different Arab universities and worldwide. 

JUST president, Prof Khalid El-Salem, congratulated the students and their advisors for this distinguished achievement. Pro El-Salem appreciated their effort and strongly encouraged them and all the students at JUST to participate in such Championships at regional, national and international levels. Prof El-Salem indicated that students' participation in international Championships play a key role to improve their practical skill and enhance their innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship skills and competencies.

The dean of Computer and Information Technology at JUST university, Prof Ismail Hmeidi, indicated that encouraging our students to participate in regional and international Championships is a ultimate goal of our college and aims to foster and enhance their skills and capabilities in Cybersecurity and encourage them to work together as team.
