The NextGen recruitment program for Careem was held at the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology (CIT) at Jordan University of Science and Technology, coordinated directly by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Munir Masadeh, in collaboration with Prof. Muhannad Qwaider, as part of the Faculty's keenness to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and link academia with the requirements of the labor market.

Dr. Malik Qasaymeh, Vice Dean of the Faculty, emphasized the importance of this event, which was attended by department heads and faculty members, due to its active role in opening up distinctive career prospects for students and enabling them to learn about job opportunities and career development in one of the largest regional companies. During the event, students took a series of assessments and technical tests that focused on practical issues inspired by the reality of the job market, giving them a real opportunity to measure their technical skills and prepare for the demands of the actual work environment.
