Participation in Pocket Gamer Connects International Event

For the second consecutive year, a student delegation from the Computer Game Design and Development Program in the Cybersecurity Department at the College of Computer and Information Technology participated in the international Pocket Gamer Connects event under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Al-Wadian.

The college supports its students by encouraging them to engage in leading global experiences in the digital gaming industry, which enhances their practical experience alongside their academic knowledge. The students expressed pride in representing the university at this global event. They emphasized that their repeated participation reflects the region's growing interest in the gaming industry and provides an opportunity to learn about the latest game development trends and build relationships with experts and developers in this creative field.

The dean of the college praised the students' participation and the program's unique role in developing students' technical and creative skills. He emphasized the importance of continuing such international participation in honing students' expertise and enhancing their readiness for jobs in advanced digital fields.
