The "Career Accelerator" program, which aims to enhance digital skills, has been launched with the participation of JUST
Jordan University of Science and Technology participated in the launch of the "Career Accelerator" program, which was organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship as part of the "Youth, Technology and Jobs" project, the participation was represented by prof. Mounir Bani Yassin, dean of the College of Computer and Information Technology and several faculty members.
The program aims to train 3,000 students, qualify 72 university trainers, award international certificates in advanced technical fields to thousands of participants, and enable 60% of them to find jobs within six months of completing the training.
At the event, Kaspersky was announced as a new provider of international cybersecurity certificates, and new partnership agreements were signed with Jordanian universities and the INJAZ Foundation. Technical sessions were held with global companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Huawei, and Kaspersky in attendance, along with more than 500 academics and students.
