In a pioneering initiative to serve the local community, a distinguished elite of the faculty at the College of Computer and Information Technology at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the college’s students and the university’s public relations team, visited the schools of Tercenta College in Amman. The visit took place on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

This visit comes within the framework of enhancing awareness of the importance of advanced specializations in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The professors and students gave presentations and awareness lectures to the school’s students about the importance of these specializations in the future labor market and their role in the development of technology and innovation.

These visits are a golden opportunity for students to discover their future educational paths and learn closely about the requirements and challenges of these specializations. These efforts also enhance communication and interaction between high school students and Jordanian universities, which contributes to building a distinguished generation of experts and specialists in the fields of advanced technology.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that this valuable visit was organized by the American Uniranks Foundation, which has the largest university ranking engine in the world. This international partnership comes as part of global cooperation efforts to enhance education and skills development in advanced technology fields.

Thanks to this institution’s initiative, students in Jordan can discover a wide range of specializations and distinguished educational programs offered by universities around the world, which contributes to broadening their horizons and developing their skills in advanced and vital fields such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
