​The Faculty of Science and Arts​​/ Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities organized, in cooperation with the Public Security Directorate – Community Police in Al-​​​Ramtha, a lecture entitled “Domestic Violence.”​​

The lecture, delivered by Major Al-Masaeed from the Family Protection and Juvenile Department in Irbid, addressed the causes, forms, and effects of domestic violence, emphasizing the importance of community awareness and institutional cooperation in reducing this phenomenon.

Professor​ Kamel Al-Khaled, Dean of the Faculty, also affirmed the university’s commitment to promoting positive values among students, commending the efforts of the Public Security Directorate in raising community awareness.

The event was attended by a number of Public Security personnel, faculty members, and students enrolled in the National Education​​ and Social Responsibility course.​
