This course aims at introducing students to the correlation between linguistic behavior and the psychological process thought to underlie that behavior. Emphasis in this course lies on the role of language as it affects memory, perception, attention, learning, etc. as well as on the effects of psychological constraints on the use of language with reference to L1 & L2.
