Hybridoma Laboratory
This lab addresses the practical issues of the hybridoma technology starting from the aseptic techniques and practices in tissue culture, immunizing animals, and the actual tissue culture practices like fusion of spleen cells with myeloma cells, screening, cloning and propagation of cell lines that produce antibodies.
