Bt 372 Modern Techniques in Biotechnology (2) (2 C.H., 1 lecture & 1 practical). Prerequisite Btc 351.
This course will cover most up-to-date techniques essential for genetic engineering experiments. In addition a detailed explanation of protocols required for isolation, cloning and expression of genes will be discussed.
