Btc 462 Tissue Culture (2) (2 C.H., 1 lectures, 1 practical) Prerequisite Btc 232.
Students will learn how to establish and maintenance primary cell lines from different recourses such as chick embryos, carcinoma tissues and myoblast. In addition the students will learn how to transformed these cell lines with reporter genes constructs in their Graduation projects.
