Examines research, techniques and application of several technologies situated at currently recognized delivery systems of biologically active proteins and peptides drug products including recombinant DNA technology, protein engineering and microbiological engineering.  The principles of molecular and structural basis of protein, three dimensional structure, folding, function and evaluation will be emphasized.
