This course will have will cover three fundamental subjects: The first will handle principles of physical organic chemistry, like bonding and stereosiomerism, and their pharmaceutical implications.  The second will focus on the details of acid-base chemistry.  While the third will discuss the chemical stability of drug with detailed coverage of reaction mechanisms.
