Open medical day at Dar Al-Ber for the elderly, under the slogan “A Touch of Hope.”
In line with the strategic plan of the FON, which includes serving the local community, and under the supervision of Dr. Maysaa Al-Momani, a group of master’s students in advanced health assessment course held an open medical day at Dar Al-Ber for the elderly, under the slogan “A Touch of Hope.”
The day included many topics of interest to the elderly, which included proper nutrition, public safety, and self-care. Numerous tests were performed, including measurment of vital signs, blood sugar levels, weight, and calculating BMI.
All attendees were provided modern medical tools and supplies from Al-Razi Pharmacies and Fine Company, a large quantity of fruits from Rakan Fruit and Vegetable Company, and Holy Qur’an and prayer rugs from students.
