Vision
We strive to be a center for innovation and excellence in nursing and
midwifery education, research, leadership, and clinical practice at
the local, regional and international levels.
Mission To graduate
national and international professional competent nurses and midwives
at the undergraduate and the graduate levels; and prepare graduates to
be morally reflective healthcare leaders and scholars, who can
positively transform health and healthcare.
The faculty's efforts focus on promoting research
and scholarship to improve human health; and develop nursing and
midwifery professions at the local, regional and international levels.
Philosophy The
philosophy of the Faculty of Nursing stems from JUST mission and is
congruent with Jordan's Health, Social and Economic priorities, which
aims at improving education of health care practitioners to provide high quality health care in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.The Faculty of Nursing at Jordan University of Science and Technology incorporate the concepts of client, health, environment, nursing, inter-professional learning, and learning in its curricula that promote empowerment, caring, lifelong learning, and holism.
